صنعت أحدث أنواع خراطيم PVC من الجزأين. الجزء الناعم الذي يكون من نوع PVC والجزء الوسطي الذي يكون من نوع PVC صعب ويتم إنتاجه علي شكل لولبي (spiral) من ميزات هذه الخراطيم يمكن الإشارة إلى المرونة ومقاومة الشد العالية والمقاومة للمواد الكيميائية والتآكل.
لإنتاج خراطيم لولبية (spiral) التي مستخدمة اليوم كثيرا، تستخدم الحبيبات الصعبة نسبيا التي تفتخر شركة بلاستيك كار لأنها قامت بإنتاجها وتصديرها لسنوات عديدة.
